    Clyde E. Snyder, 77, Rockwood, went to be with The Lord after a long and courageous
  battle with cancer at his home. Born Dec. 25, 1928, in Black Township, he is the son of
  the late Earl and Grace (Cramer) Snyder. He is preceded in death by his parents and
  brother Floyd and sisters Hazel Sanner and Pearl Knopsnyder. He is survived by his wife
  of 55 years, Geraldine (Knopsnyder) Snyder; daughter, Norma, married to Edward Hostetler,
  Berlin; son Lester, married to Brenda, Rockwood; grand-sons Jeffrey Snyder, and Jason,
  married to Melissa Snyder; great-granddaughter Alyson; and brothers Carl, married to
  Deanna, and Dale, married to Joy, both of Rockwood. He was a retired coal miner and a
  member of the Cornerstone Assembly of God in Boynton. Friends will be received from 2 to
  9 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood, where a service will be held 2 p.m.
  Saturday. Thomas Twigg, pastor, officiating. Interment at Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
