  Esther M. (Bittner) Snyder, 82, of Elyria, Ohio, died at Elyria
  Memorial Hospital April 20, 1988, after a short illness.  Born in
  Berkley's Mill, Pa., she was an Elyria resident for 40 years and was
  a self-employed seamstress..  She was a member of Grace Lutheran
  Church, Elyria, the church Lady's Guild, AARP and the Jolly
  Sixties.  Survived by a daughter, Mrs. Dean (Marjorie) Parker of
  Lorain, Ohio; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. 
  Preceded in death by her husband, George, in 1966.  Visitation will
  be sat the Curtis Scheuffler Funeral Home in Elyria, Friday 2-4 and
  7-9 p.m. Services 9 a.m.  Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church. 
  Graveside services 4 p.m. Saturday at the Fritz Cemetery, Berkley's
  Mill, Pa.
