    Merle J. Snyder, 13-day-old son of Robert and Kay (Flick) Snyder
  Sr., Friedens RD 2, died Sept. 3, 1984, at Children's Hospital,
  Pittsburgh.  Born Aug. 21, 1984, in Meyersdale.  Brother of Robert Jr.,
  Brenda, Bradley and twin-brother, Kenneth.  Also survived by maternal
  grandmother, Fern Flick of Friedens; paternal grandfather, Merle J.
  Snyder of Friedens RD 2; and maternal great-grandmother, Velma Dixon
  of Boswell.  Preceded in death by brother, Scott.  Graveside services
  will be held at Glade Cemetery by Rev. Jeffrey A. Welsh at the
  convenience of the family.  Deaner Funeral Home in charge.
