  SNYDER
  
    Nettie N. Snyder, 89, of 226 E. Fairview Ave., Connellsville, died
  Monday at 6:50 p.m. at the home of her son, Kenneth, also of
  Connellsville.  Born Sept. 28, 1889 in Markleton, daughter of the late
  William and Melinda (Schrock) Kreger.  Member of the United
  Presbyterian Church in Connellsville.  Survived by four children: Mrs.
  Harold (Elizabeth) Romesburg, William H., Kenneth D., all of
  Connellsville; and Mrs. L. P. (Anna) Shirey, South Connellsville,
  also one brother William W. Kreger of Markleton, eight grandchildren
  and six great-grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was
  preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Snyder in 1972 and by a
  number of brothers and sisters.  Friends of Mrs. Snyder will be
  received today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the L. John Powell
  Funeral Home, 508 S. Pittsburgh St., Connellsville, where services
  will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m.  The Rev. William H. Popa
  officiating.  Interment, Kingwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
