  Paul K. Snyder, 88, Lambertsville Road, Stoystown, died Oct. 11, 2005, at
  Somerset Hospital. Born May 15, 1917, in Shanksville, son of Walter and Mary
  (Will) Snyder. Preceded in death by parents; wife, the former Elizabeth Mae
  Lambert; son, Paul Lee; brother, Merle Snyder; and sister, Margaret Emerick.
  Survived by these children, Eileen M., married to I. Walter Lund, Hanover, Md.;
  and Ronald W., married to the former Barbara Reid, Gaithersburg, Md. Also
  survived by granddaughters, Theresa Peters, Lisa Mock, Leslie Lauer and Gidget
  Harley; great-granddaughters, Paris Raine Harley and Jenifer Marie Nichols and
  great-great-granddaughter, Kayla Nichols. Retired PennDOT employee and formerly
  employed by Poorbaugh Lumber Co. Member of Unity United Church of Christ and
  Shanksville Silver and Gold Senior Citizens. Family will receive friends from 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where a service
  will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Jay E. Shaffer officiating. Interment
  Lambertsville Cemetery.
