"Frank" Sopich, 61, of 181 School Ave., Jerome, died Dec. 24, 1988, at Memorial Hospital, Johnstown. Born Jan. 10, 1927, in Jenner Township, Somerset County, son of Ambrose J. and Dora (Dusak) Sopich. Preceded in death by parents, two sisters and four brothers. Survived by wife, the former Antoninette "Nina" Tonolini; and two daughters: Teresa, wife of Fred Moore, and Marion, wife of Ray Ott, Jr., both of Jerome; grandchildren, Jason and Beth Ott. Brother of: Barbara and Wanita, both of Boswell RD 1; Joseph, Stoystown, RD 1; Katherine Novak, Boswell, RD 1; Steve, Orlando, Fla.; also mother-in-law, Mary Tonolini, Jerome. Member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Jerome. Member of: Bricklayers Union, Local #4; Jerome Post #802 American Legion; Jerome Nest #556, Polish Falcons of America; and Jenner Rod and Gun Club. Bricklayer and co-owner/operator of Village Inn, Jerome for past 17 years. Navy veteran of World War II. Friends were received Monday evening, and will be received 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main St., Boswell where service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev.
