    Barbara M. Sopish, 88, Main Street, Boswell RD, died Oct. 24, 1999,
  at her home.  Born Oct. 16, 1911, in Jenner Township.  Daughter of
  Ambrose J. and Dora F. (Dusak) Sopich.  Preceded in death by parents;
  sisters Anna Sopich and Florence Shesko; brothers George, Anthony,
  Michael, John, Frank and Steve.  Survived by brother, Joseph Sopich,
  married to former Elizabeth Bocsy, Stoystown RD; sisters Katherine
  Novak, Boswell, and Wanita Sopish, with whom Barbara resided;
  sister-in-law Dorothy Sopich, Boswell RD; and numerous loving nieces
  and nephews.  Member of All Saints Catholic Parish and ILGWU. 
  Retired employee of the former Dorfman and Hoffman Garment Factory. 
  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Hoffman
  Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where a vigil for the deceased
  will be held Wednesday afternoon.  Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Thursday
  at All Saints Church, Boswell.  The Rev. Father Martin Breski, OFM
  CONV., celebrant.  Committal, Mt. Carmel Cemetery.  Memorial
  contributions may be sent to "In-Touch" Hospice, 651 South Center
  Ave., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
