She was born February 8, 1851, a daughter of the late Edward and Maria (Wagner) Lambert, and reached the age of 94 years. She, with her husband and daughter Florence, were residents of Berlin for many years, while Mr. Sorber conducted a meat market here. Mrs. Sorber was one of the oldest members of the Berlin Lutheran Church. Funeral services were held at the Letcher home, Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 2:30 p.m., with Rev. Robert S. Nagle officiating. Interment in the I.O.O.F. cemetery, Berlin, under the direction of J. O. Hay, Boswell mortician. Meyersdale Republican, November 1, 1945
