  SORBER
  
    Ruth J. Sorber, 67, Central City RD 1, died Aug. 28, 1990, at
  Laurel Crest Manor, Ebensburg.  Born Oct. 10, 1922, in Johnstown,
  daughter of the late Herman and Pearl Ankeny Sorber.  Survived by
  sisters, Mrs. Thelma Phillips, Central City RD 1, and Mrs. Marie
  Swartzwelder, Markleysburg; also two nieces.  Member of the Central
  City United Methodist Church.  Friends will be received after 2 p.m.
  Friday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City, where services will
  be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Rev. Samuel Weible and Rev. Ralph
  Landis.  Interment, Lambertsville Cemetery, Stoystown RD 3.
