  Clifford J. Spangler, 61, 12232 Banberry, Kalamazoo, Mich., formerly
  of Boswell and Hollsopple, died May 12, 1984, at home.  Born Jan. 10,
  1923, in Stoystown, son of Mayme (Leslie) Spangler Reckner, Hollsopple
  RD 1, and late Wilbur Spangler.  Preceded in death by brother, Ray,
  and sister, Mary Catherine Alexander.  Survived by wife, former
  Patricia Osborne; stepfather, Harry Reckner; and these children:
  Clifford Jr., Warren, Pa.; Mrs. Paul (Nancy Carol) Ochesle, North
  Ridgeville, Ohio; Mrs. Ralph (Penny) Schaldock, Cleveland, Ohio; and
  seven grandchildren.  Brother of: Mrs. Glenn (Dorcas) Witt,
  Bakersville, N.C.; Marlin, Hollsopple RD; Roy, Altoona; and Mrs.
  Richard (Betty) Bergman, Ashland, Ohio.  World War II Army veteran. 
  Employed by Forest City-Dillon Builders.  Family will receive friends
  from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where
  service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, the Rev. John A.
  Goodworth.  Interment, Odd Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown.
