  Emma Susan Spangler, 90, Meyersdale Manor, formerly of Somerset, died
  Feb. 3, 1987, in the Manor.  Born June 16, 1896, in Wellersburg, a
  daughter of the late John and Mabel (Shaffer) Meyers.  Proceeded
  [sic] in death by her husband, Willis J.; one son, George; and two
  daughters, Wilma Hunter and Dorothy Vogel.  Survived by one daughter,
  Anna Romberger, Orlando, Fla.; five grandchildren; three
  great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.  Sister of:
  Mrs. Catherine Koontz and Mabel Showman, both of Somerset; Mrs.
  Josephine Liberty and Carl Meyers, both of Stoystown.  She was a
  member of Trinity Lutheran Church.  Friends will be received 2-4 and
  7-9 today (Wednesday) in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where
  services will be conducted Thursday 10:30 a.m., the Rev. H. James
  Meyers officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
