  WILBUR F. SPANGLER JR.
  
    Wilbur F. Spangler Jr., 20, of Grantsville RD 2, a native of
  Meyersdale, drowned July 14, 1977, at Pleasant Valley 4-H Club
  Recreation Area Lake, Bittinger, Md.
    He was a son of Wilbur and Blanche (Sell) Spangler Sr., Grantsville
  RD 2.
    He is survived by his parents, three brothers: Robert, Randy and
  Danny, and four sisters: Carol, Judy, Cathy and Karen, all at home.
    A funeral service was conducted Monday at the Newman Funeral Home
  with Rev. John Briner officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
