    Robert G. (Ozzy) Specht, 62, West Palm Beach, Fla., formerly of
  Somerset, died Feb. 18, 1983, in West Palm Beach.  Born in Somerset
  County, May 14, 1920, a son of the late Daniel B. and Margaret
  (Adams) Specht.  Preceded in death by parents; a sister, Irene; and
  four brothers, Joe, Daniel B. II, Daniel B. III and John Francis. 
  Survived by these brothers and sisters: Miss Betty Specht and Edward,
  both of Somerset; Mrs. Warren Sipe, Knoxville, Tenn.; Mrs. John Stokes
  and Mrs. Walter Hart, Key West, Fla.; Mrs. Howard Boose, Arlington,
  Va.; and Mrs. Edgar Lohr, St. Petersburg, Fla.  He formerly resided
  in New York City and was a graduate of Somerset High School Class of
  1938.  Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Monday in the Robert H.
  Halverson Funeral Home, where rosary will be recited at 8:15 p.m. 
  Funeral mass Tuesday at 10 a.m. in St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church,
  the Rev. Samuel Tomaselli officiating.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.
