  SPEICHER
  
    Della Mae Speicher, 80, of Meyersdale, died Nov. 18, 1999, at the
  home of her brother Frank.  Born Feb. 14, 1999, in Gray.  A daughter
  of the late Edmund and Anna (Ohler) Bisel.  Also preceded in death by
  six brothers: Wilbur, Earl, Grant, Homer, Robert and John.  Survived
  by her husband, Merle Speicher; a brother, Frank A. Bisel, Gray;
  sister-in-law, Alda Mae Bisel, Boswell; two nephews: Dr. Robert
  Bisel, Warren, Ohio and William Hixson, Bakersville and two nieces,
  Beverly Lafferty, Bakersville; and Shirley Fordyce, New Stanton. 
  Friends will be received from 3-8 p.m. Friday at the Price Funeral
  Home, Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m.
  Saturday.  Interment, Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
