  Elsie M. Speicher, 83, 612 Kircher Place, Boswell, died Nov. 22,
  1988, at Memorial Hospital.  Born April 8, 1905, in Confluence,
  daughter of William Frank and Mary (Tressler) Collier.  Preceded in
  death by parents; husband, Cletus Earl; daughter, Alverda Mae Smith;
  sister, Violet Metts; and brother, Harold.  Survived by these
  children: Robert, married to former Margaret Pollock; Mardell, wife
  of George Gregory; and Mary Kay, wife of John Hartnett, all of
  Johnstown; also son-in-law, Harrison T. Smith, Boswell; 13
  grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  A sister of Goldie Keyser,
  Greensburg; and Richard of Darragh, Pa.  Member of Maple Spring Church
  of the Brethren.  Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Hoffman
  Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell.  Service at 10 a.m. Saturday at
  Maple Spring Church where viewing will also be held from 9 a.m. until
  the time of service, the Rev. Beverly B. Good officiating.  Interment,
  Church Cemetery.
