FRANK SPEICHER

  Mrs. Lewis Kamp has received word that her brother, Frank Speicher, of Uray, 
Colorado, died on May 2.  He was a native of Cove, Garrett County, Md., and has 
many relatives here.  He was a son of Austin Speicher, one of the earliest 
representatives of Garrett County in the Maryland General Assembly, and a 
brother of Dr. Asa F. Speicher, formerly of Grantsville, Md., who died in Los 
Angeles, Calif., several years ago.
