  SPEICHER
  
  H. Wilbur Speicher, 79, died Nov. 18, 1988, at his home in
  Wilkinsburg.  He is survived by wife, Hazel C..; and these children:
  Sally L. George, New Kensington; and Connie M. Vacca, of McMurray. 
  Also survived by sister, Blanche Scott, Burgettstown; and four
  grandchildren.  Friends will be received at the Rowland S. Cooke
  Funeral Home, 210 East End Ave., Pittsburgh, on Tuesday from 2-4 and
  7-9 p.m., where funeral services will be held Wednesday at noon. 
  Interment, Husband Cemetery, Somerset.
