    Jay B. Speicher, 65 of Somerset, formerly of Meyersdale, died July 15, 2008 at his
  home. 
    He was born October 3, 1942 in Somerset, son of Richard Dale and Bernice (Saylor)
  Speicher of Meyersdale. Preceded in death by a sister, Betty Jean Reckner; and a son,
  Jeffrey Speicher.
    Survived by parents and three children: Sandy L. Zeigler, South Mountain, PA; Richard
  B. Speicher and his wife Michelle, Etters, PA; and David A. Speicher and his wife
  Adrienne, Etters, PA; and five grandchildren. 
    Friends were received Saturday at the Price Funeral Home Meyersdale, followed by a
  memorial service, with the Rev. Dr. Steven Grosvenor. Interment Meyersdale Area Union
  Cemetery. 
    Arrangements by the William Rowe Price Funeral Home, Inc., Meyersdale.
