  SPEICHER
  
  Marie W. Speicher, 86, of Somerset, died Dec. 5, 1988 in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Jan. 14, 1902 in Somerset. daughter of the
  late Daniel Webster and Daryl Irene (Kifer) Weller.  Preceded in
  death by her husband, John J. Speicher Sr.; a brother, Edward; and a
  sister, Edna Judy.  Survived by these children:  John Jr.; Tampa,
  Fla.; Fred W., Hershey RD 1; and Ms. Martha I. Speicher, Somerset; 8
  grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.  Sister of Daniel Weller,
  Columbia, Md.  Member of First Christian Church.  Retired elementary
  school teacher from Somerset Area School District Census taker. 
  Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday
  at the Hauger - Zeigler Funeral Home where service will be held at 10
  a.m. Thursday with Rev. William J. Sleasman officiating.  Interment,
  Husband Cemetery.  Family suggests contributions to the First
  Christian Church.
