  ROBERT A. SPEICHER
  
    Robert A. Speicher, three month-old son of William and Anna Marie
  (Patton) Speicher of Accident, Md., was dead on arrival Thursday
  afternoon, Nov. 28, 1975 at Garrett County Memorial Hospital,
  Oakland, Md.
    Also surviving are a brother, William D. Speicher, at home; and
  maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Patton, Friendsville.
    Funeral service was conducted Sunday afternoon in Newman Funeral
  Home, Friendsville, with Rev. William Ferguson officiating. Interment
  in the Steele Cemetery.
