Speicher, 50 years old, died on Wednesday morning, April 16, at his home, Accident, Md., following a heart attack. Besides his wife, who was Miss Clara Broadwater, he leaves three sons - Foster A., of Oakland; John, a student at New Windsor, Md.; Ross, of Cumberland - and three daughters - Katharine, of Western Maryland College, Westminister, Md.; Lena and Bernice, at home. Mr. Speicher also is survived by three brothers - Harvey J. and Henry M., of Accident, and Mahlon, of Morgantown, W.Va. The funeral was held in the Accident Church of the Brethren on Friday afternoon, and was largely attended. Rev. A. Scrogum, the pastor, officiated. Burial in the near-by cemetery.
