Spiker, 52, Baltimore, Md., formerly of Jenners, died Nov. 30, 1976 at South Baltimore General Hospital. Born July 4, 1924, in Somerset County, son of Joseph R. and Anna J. Gardner Spiker. Preceded in death by parents, twin son and daughter, sister, Agnes and brother Richard and Paul. Survived by widow the former Evelyn Weimer, a daughter, Sandra, wife of William Buckman, Baltimore, and a grand daughter, Kimberly. Brother of Frieda, wife of Robert Turner, Stoystown, RD 1, Pauline, widow of Arthur Yost, Boswell, Anna, wife of Pete Moskey, Jenners and Louise, wife of Robert Berkey, Boswell RD 1. He was a retired police officer for the City of Baltimore, Veteran of World War II. Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Joseph H.
