  Hattie Spory, 79, Hollsopple RD 2, (Thomas Mills) died Nov. 21, 1980,
  at Memorial Hospital, Johnstown.  Born April 10, 1901, in Jenner
  Township, Somerset County.  Preceded in death by husband, Harvey S.,
  died April 28, 1954; son, Roy; grandson, James R. Thomas.  Survived
  by these children: Clara, widow of Lucius Wable, Washington, D.C.;
  Mary Ellen, widow of Irvin F. Ohler, Hollsopple RD 2; Lenora Lang,
  Baltimore; Ernest "Bud," married to former Katie Kabina, Boswell RD
  1; Leonard, married to former Nancy Meyers, Hollsopple RD 2; Alma,
  wife of Theodore E. Taylor, Boswell; Shirley, wife of William R.
  Thomas, Boswell RD 1; 28 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; two
  great-great-grandchildren.  Member of Jenner Township Baptist
  Church.  Also member of auxiliary to Boswell Post 461 American
  Legion.  Friends received from noon to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hoffman
  Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St., Boswell, where service will be held
  at 10 a.m. Monday, the Rev. Arthur L. Mentzer.  Interment, Jenner
  Township Baptist Cemetery.
