Sprock, 91, of Central City, died in her home on March 11, 2000. Born Dec. 16, 1908 in Windber, a daughter of Joseph and Mary (Gorskie) Labuda. Also proceeded in death by her parents; husband, Andrew; sisters, Stella Sterek, Agnes Fern and Patricia Donato; brothers, Leo, John and Joseph; and grandson, John Seger. Survived by two daughters, Victoria, wife of Carl Ripple, Manheim; and Frances, wife of John Husla, Mt. Holly, N.J.; and three sons, Byron and wife JoAnn, Manhiem [sic]; Carl and wife Rose, Central City; John and wife Fran, Mentor, Ohio. Also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A sister of Mamie Connolly, N.J., Josephine Kramer, Ohio, and Raymond and his wife Freda, Central City. A member of Our Lady of Angels Parish (formerly Sacred Heart of Jesus) and had served as president of the Ladies Catholic Council. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home where a vigil for the deceased will be held at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady Queen of Angels, Father Charles Bodziak. Committal Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends are invited to join in praying The Rosary at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
