  SPROUT
  
    Helen Gundrum Sprout, 85, of Picture Rocks, formerly of Rockwood,
  died June 27, 2000 at the Williamsport Home, Williamsport.  She was
  preceded in death by her husband, Carl M. Sprout Sr.; her parents,
  Charles and Pauline Gundrum; sisters, Marian G. Black and Jane G.
  Hillegas and brother Charles F. Gundrum.  She is survived by two
  children Carl M. Sprout Jr. of White Cloud, Mich. and Lucida S.
  Stratton of Wichita, Kan.; one granddaughter; a sister, Kathryn G.
  Schaff, Somerset and a brother, Eugene H. Gundrum of Pittsburgh.  She
  was a graduate of Rockwood High School and Susquehanna University and
  a retiree from the Hughesville Area School District where she taught
  Latin and French:[sic]  A memorial service and burial will be in
  Picture Rocks.
