    Flodell F. Stafford, 71, East Main St., Somerset, died Dec. 7,
  1989, at Somerset Hospital.  Born April 7, 1917, in Columbus, Ohio,
  daughter of the late Frank and Georgia (Workenhour) Smith.  Preceded
  in death by husband, Samuel, Dec. 5, 1971.  Survived by children:
  Sam, Johnstown; Fletcher and Ann Hagan, both of Lake Worth, Fla.;
  Helen Greiner, Somerset RD 7; Mary and Jerry Stafford, both of
  Somerset; 11 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.  Licensed
  practical nurse, retired from Somerset Hospital.  Friends will be
  received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in Robert
  H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be conducted Monday at
  10 a.m. Rev. Max A. DeArmey.  Interment, Grandview Cemetery,
  Johnstown.
