  GEORGE A. STAHL
  
    George A. Stahl, 84, of Berlin RD 4, died June 10, 1979 in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born in Meyersdale, Aug. 2, 1894, he was the son
  of the late Peter R. and Annie (Robbins) Stahl.
    He was preceded in death by wife, the former Edna Brant and one
  brother.
    He is survived by these children: Mrs. Emery (Helen) Kopitan of
  Greencastle; Paul R. of Little Locking, Ohio; Mrs. Floyd (Shirley)
  Airesman of Somerset; and Robert at home, also eight grandchildren
  and eight great-grandchildren.  He was a brother of Mrs. Florence
  Phillips of Johnstown; James of Somerset; Mrs. Nellie Brant of
  Baltimore, Md.; and Clarence of Pittsburgh.
    He was a member of the Ridge United Church of Christ.
    Friends were received in the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home,
  Berlin.  Service was held at the Ridge Church with Mr. Harvey Stoffer
  officiating.  Interment, Ridge Church Cemetery.
