J. Glotfelty, after an illness of four weeks, due to infirmities of old age. She was married to George Stahl March 19, 1892. The following children survive: Henry L. Stahl, Louisville, Ky.; Dewey Stahl, Akron, Ohio; Harry C. Stahl, Stewart Stahl and Mrs. O. J. Glotfelty, Grantsville; also two step- children, Mrs. Lottie Guinn and Charles Stahl, of Wilmerding, Pa. Twenty-three grandchildren and the following sisters and brothers also survive: Mrs. Melvin Ward and Mrs. Ellen McKenzie, Frostburg; Mrs. Ida Kenner, Westernport; Mrs. Eliza Butler, Grantsville; Simon Folk, Ridgely, W.Va., and Edward Folk, Frostburg. Mrs. Stahl was the daughter of the late Susanna Shultz and Jonas Folk. She was born near Grantsville, Md., and spent most of her life in this vicinity. She was a faithful member of the Lutheran Church at Jennings. The body was taken to the home of her son, Stewart Stahl, at Casselman, Md. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, in the Lutheran Church, Jennings. Rev. George Bowersox officiated. Interment was in the Grantsville Cemetery. The pallbearers were Harry C. Stahl, Henry L. Stahl, Stewart Stahl, Dewey Stahl, Charles Stahl and O. J. Glotfelty. Meyersdale Republican, December 13, 1945
