  STAIRS, Vadna E. 04/26/08 Daily American
  
   Vadna E. Stairs, 70, Latrobe, died April 24, 2008, at Latrobe Area Hospital. She was
  born Feb. 14, 1938, in Middlecreek Township, a daughter of the late Leonard and Alta
  (Mitchell) Reeves. She is survived by her husband, Richard A. Stairs; a son, Shayne L.
  Kreger, Greensburg; grandchildren, Meagan Kreger, Shayne L. Kreger Jr., both of Derry;
  and Alisa D. Lowrey, Florida; and a sister, Carol Bazyk, Abbington, Va. Friends will be
  received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence,
  where a service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Matt Schwender officiating.
  Interment Jersey Cemetery.
