Stanton, Carrie Luella

FAMILY DESTITUTE AND CHILD DEAD, Carrie Luella, the eleven-year old daughter of 
Mrs. Maggie Stanton, died Dec. 18th, at their home in Boynton, of diphtheria, 
and was buried the next day by the county authorities, as the family is in 
destitute circumstances. Joseph Stanton, the father, died several years ago. The 
two elder daughters who had been working away came home to attend the funeral of 
the little sister and were quarantined also. There are five children and there 
is great need of assistance at present.
