Livingston Stanton, 87, Hopewell Road, Hollsopple RD died March 21, 1998 at Windber Medical Center. Born July 4, 1910 in Jenner Township, daughter of Jacob W. and Susan "Minnie" Gardner Livingston. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Ross B., June 24, 1980; children: Lois L. and David B. Stanton; 7 brothers and 5 sisters; and daughter-in-law, Alice (Foy) Stanton. Survived by sons, Jay R., White Haven, Pa.; Roger Dale of Hollsopple RD 1; 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Ann Livingston of Boswell RD 2; and numerous nieces and nephews. Member of Hopewell United Methodist Church since 1950 where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years. Co-owner of the former Farmhouse Antique Shop, Hollsopple RD 1 for over 15 years. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, Viewing also from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m., Tuesday, at the Hopewell church, Rev. Wilma G.
