  MRS. C. EARL STANTON
  
    Mrs. Malinda O. Stanton, 84, Bittinger, died Monday, Nov. 7, at the
  home of her daughter, Mrs. Naomi Meyers, Markleysburg.  She was the
  wife of the late C. Earl Stanton, Grantsville.
    A native of Bittinger, Mrs. Stanton was a daughter of the late Joel
  and Ellen (Bittinger) Orendorf.  She was a member of the United Church
  of Christ, Grantsville.
    In addition to Mrs. Meyers, survivors include five sons, Stanley,
  Leslie, Frank and Dalton, all of Grantsville; Glenn, Frostburg; a
  sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Bittinger, Grantsville; 30 grandchildren and
  31 great grandchildren.
    Funeral service was held Nov. 10 at the United Church of Christ,
  Grantsville, with Rev. Richard Harder officiating.  Interment was
  made in Grantsville Cemetery under the direction of Newman Funeral
  Home.
