   Pearl Elizabeth Stanton, 95 of Somerset, PA, died November 17, 2006 at Somerset
  Hospital, Somerset.  Born June 2, 1911 in Summit Township, a daughter of Harvey E.
  Hershberger and Ada Elizabeth (Kretchman). Preceded in death by parents; husband, Charles
  Edison Stanton, who died in 1950; brothers: Raymon K., William H., Milton C. and John R.
  Hershberger; and sister Grace Miller. Survived by sister-in-law, Mary Jane Hershberger,
  Meyersdale and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church
  of Christ in Somerset. She was a retired school teacher with 42 years of service teaching
  for Meyersdale Schools from 1931-1962 and Somerset Schools from 1962-1973. She received
  her BS in elementary education from California University, and her MS from Indiana
  University of Pennsylvania. Also a member of NEA, and PSEA, and Somerset County Educators
  Assn. Friends were received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Services were conducted Monday,
  November 20, 2006 at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home Somerset with the Reverend J. Matthew
  Deal officiating. Interment Grantsville Cemetery. Send contributions to St. Paul's UCC

    Pearl Elizabeth Stanton, 95, Somerset, died Nov. 17, 2006, at Somerset Hospital. Born
