Besides his daughter mentioned, he is survived by the following children: Mrs. John Carstone, Pittsburgh; Mrs. John Hyde, Confluence, and S. H. Stark, Toledo, O. Two childen, Mary and John, preceded him in death. His first wife, Mrs. Anna Stark, died in 1931, and his second wife, Mrs. Lucy Stark, died in 1941. Also surviving are eight sisters: Mrs. Cora McCartney, Meyersdale; Mrs. Martha Straw, Mrs. Lena Rush, Addison; Mrs. Vina Skewis, McKeesport; Mrs. Alice Holt, Ohiopyle; Mrs. Eliza McCullough, Albany, N.Y.; Mrs. Margaret McCullough, Miss Bernice Start, Farmington. Another sister, Mrs. Molly McCartney, preceded her brother in death. Funeral services were conducted in the Macy Funeral Home, Cuyahoga Falls, Tuesday afternoon, and in the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday. Burial was made in Sansom Chapel cemetery, Farmington. Meyersdale Republican, January 6, 1949
