    Virginia J. (Kramer) Starner, 75, of Somerset, died July 15, 1999
  at Somerset Hospital.  Born Dec. 1, 1923 in Somerset, a daughter of
  Dorsey and Mae (Penrod) Kramer.  Preceded in death by parents;
  brothers, Warren and Harold Kramer; and sister, Blanche Gross. 
  Survived by daughters: Virginia Ogline and Kathi (wife of Richard)
  Hambley, both of Somerset; grandchildren, Thomas Odorchich III of
  Yuba City, California; Jennifer Sheftic of Somerset; Richard Hambley
  III of Donegal and Christine Steinkirchner of Somerset; and
  great-grandchildren, Megann Sheftic, Shania Steinkirchner and
  Alexander and Tori Hambley.  She was a retired food service employee
  at the Somerset State Hospital and formerly manager at of the Diamond
  Restaurant in Somerset.  She was a friend of the Geiger Church of The
  Brethren.  Friends will be received from 3-9 p.m. Sunday at Miller
  Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Monday with the Rev. Gerald Deffenbaugh officiating.  Interment,
  Bakersville Cemetery.
