  JOSEPH O. STARR
  
    Joseph O. Starr, 88, of Hay Street, Berlin, died Jan. 30, 1974. 
  Born Nov. 6, 1885 in Clearfield, he was the son of George and Ruth
  Starr.
    Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Roco (Leona) Moscarelli, Metuchen,
  N.J.; a son, Harold Starr of Taylor, Mich.; seven grandchildren; and
  a sister, Mrs. Mabel Kennedy, Somerset. 
    He had been a resident of Somerset County for the past 70 years.
    Funeral service was held February 1 in Johnson and Son Funeral
  Home, Berlin.  Interment, in the Husband Cemetery.
