  STARTZEL
  
  Mrs. Marguerite Jane Startzel, 68, of 51 West Center St., Elysburg,
  Pa., died Jan. 3, 1983, at 5:30 p.m. at the Geisinger Medical Center,
  Danville, Pa.  She was married Aug. 23, 1941, to Walter L. Startzel
  Sr.  Survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Marshall Wardrop, of
  Lincoln Park, Reading, Pa.; a son, the Rev. Walter L. Startzel Jr.,
  Somerset; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.  A
  brother, George Edmunds, Shamokin.  Friends and relatives are invited
  to attend the funeral services at St. Mark's Lutheran Church,
  Elysburg, Pa., Thursday at 10:30 a.m., the Rev. Robert Kaltenbaugh
  officiating.  Burial in the Blue Church Cemetery.  Friends and
  relatives are invited to visit with the family at their residence
  Wednesday at 7 p.m.  Donations are requested to St. Mark's Lutheran
  Church Memorial Fund, Elysburg, PA. 17824; or to the American Cancer
  Society, 67 East Independent St. Shimokin, PA. 17872.
