  Margaret (Maggie) Staub, 91, of Meyersdale RD 1 died Jan. 20, 1978 at
  the Somerset Community Hospital.  She was born Nov. 4, 1886 in Elk
  Lick Township the daughter of the late George and Agnes (Bittner)
  Beals.  She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Staub and
  these five children: Clara Hotchkiss, Earl, George, Mildred and
  Margaret Staub.  She was survived by one son, Samuel of Meyersdale RD
  1 and three daughters: Mrs. Mary Edith Keim of Jerome, Mrs. Agnes
  Caler of West Salisbury and Mrs. Anna Miller of Windber.  Also
  survived by one brother, Roy Beals of Salisbury and one sister, Mrs.
  Nellie Byrnes of Markleysburg.  23 grandchildren, 60 great
  grandchildren and 18 great-great grandchildren.  Friends will be
  received after 7 p.m. Saturday at the Thomas Funeral Home in
  Salisbury where services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday with the
  Rev. Paul H. Yoder officiating.  Interment, St. Paul Cemetery.
