  MARGARET J. STAYROOK
  
    Margaret J. Stayrook, 83, Hollsopple RD 1, died June 22, 1981, at
  home.
    She was born Oct 4, 1897, in Conemaugh Township, Somerset County,
  daughter of Josiah and Rachel (Eash) Blough.
    She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Francis who died
  Feb. 1943; one daughter, three sons, four sisters and three brothers.
    She is survived by these children: Francis of New Baltimore; Glenn,
  Somerset RD 1; Clara Peterson, Johnstown RD 4; Erma Ott, Johnstown;
  Richard, Berlin RD 1; Edna Cox, Linesville, Pa.; William of Erie;
  Vernon, Strongsville, Ohio; step-children: Walter, Somerset; Morton,
  Johnstown RD 4; Katie Alwine, Hollsopple RD 2; 69 grandchildren; 84
  great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.  Sister of Grace
  Shaffer, Stoystown RD 3.  She was a member of Centennial United
  Methodist Church.
    Friends were received at the George E. Mason Funeral Home,
  Davidsville, where funeral services were conducted by the Revs.
  Carroll Ringgold and Lawrence Raughley III.  Interment, Blough
  Mennonite Cemetery.
