  STAYROOK
  
    William C. Stayrook, 66, of Owen Road, Johnstown died July 14, 2000
  at Conemaugh's Memorial Medical Center.  Born Feb 12, 1934 in
  Johnstown, son of Francis and Margaret (Blough) Stayrook.  Preceded
  in death by parents; sister, Clara and Anna, and brothers Glenn,
  Paul, Fred, Gene and Frank.  Survived by wife of 13 years, former
  Leah Hershberger and these children: William P. Hollsopple; Karen,
  wife of Charles Koontz, Boswell; Allen, married to the former
  Kimberly Shaffer, Johnstown; Gary, married to the former Tina Mort,
  Hollsopple; Trudy, wife of Joseph Pikor, Nashville, Tenn., and
  Deborah, wife of David Leventry, Somerset.  Stepchildren: Calvin,
  married to former Beverly Horner; Robert D., married to the former
  Patti Fockler; Linda, wife of Mark Golden; and Paul, all of
  Johnstown.  Also 20 grandchildren.  Brother of Erma Ott, Ebensburg;
  Richard, Berlin; Edna Gillan, Linesville, and Vernon, Ohio.  Attended
  Centennial United Methodist Church.  Family receiving friends from 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at George E. Mason Funeral Home Inc.,
  Davidsville, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, the Rev.
  Mark Griffith.  Interment, Blough Mennonite Cemetery.  Those who wish
  please make donations to Centennial United Methodist Church.
