  ST. CLAIR
  
  Clifford W. St. Clair, 86, of Boswell RD 2 died Oct. 28, 1977 at the
  Somerset Community Hospital.  He was born July 13, 1891 in Jenner
  Township, Somerset County, the son of Thomas J. and Minnie (Arisman)
  St. Clair.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, the
  former Erma E. Smith, who died Oct. 20, 1968; two infant daughters; a
  son, Wendell; and a brother, Richard.  He is survived by these
  children: Minnie Ida, wife of Paul Mattaliano, Boswell RD 2; William,
  married to the former Clara Ambrose; and Arlene, wife of John Rebrick,
  both of Latrobe; Robert of Punxatawney [sic*]; and Rahe, married to
  the former Becky Moore, Somerset RD 2.  11 grandchildren and 11 great
  grandchildren.  He was a brother of Jacob, Stoystown RD 1; Frederick,
  Punxatawney [sic*]; and Theodore, Ravenna, Ohio.  He was a retired
  employe [sic**] of Woy Brothers Chrysler-Plymouth, Somerset RD, a
  life-long member of the Mt. Laurel United Church of Christ and a
  member of the Jenner Rod and Gun Club.  Friends are being received
  from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at the
  Joseph H. Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St., Boswell, where
  services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Herbert J.
  Moore, officiating.  Interment, Beam Cemetery.
