St. Clair, 53, Friedens died June 15 in Memorial Hospital, Johnstown. He was born Nov. 11, 1919 in Jenner Township. He was the son of Clifford St. Clair of Boswell RD 2 and the late Erma (Smith) St. Clair. He was preceded in death by two infant sisters. He is survived by his wife, the former Ginger Pouch, two sons, Jeffrey of Hawthorn, Cal. and Rickey of Latrobe. He was a brother of Mrs. Paul (Minnie) Ida Mattaliano of Boswell RD 2, William of Latrobe, Robert of Punxsutawney, Mrs. John (Arlene) Rebrick of Latrobe and Rehe of Somerset RD 2. He was a member of Friedens Lutheran Church. He was employed by Latrobe Steel and was a WWII U.S. Army veteran. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday in the Charles R. Deaner Funeral Home in Stoystown. Friends will also be received until 12 p.m. Sunday when the remains will be removed to the Mt. Laurel United Church of Christ to lie in state 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. when services will be held with the Rev. James R. Ling officiating. Interment at Beam Cemetery.
