  Virginia S. Stebbins, 71, 4361 Miller Ave., Erie, formerly of
  Somerset, died Jan. 18, 1989, at Hamot Medical Center.  Survived by
  husband, Roger, and these children: Mrs. Edward (Candyce) Sandusky,
  Erie; Sheryl B. Stebbins, Norwalk, Conn.; and John F. Nichols,
  Alexandria, Va.; and two grandchildren.  Sister of David Shirley,
  Bellingham, Wash.; Thomas Shirley, Erie; Mrs. James (Sarah) Musolf,
  Erie; Mrs. Telford (Emmy Lou) Lowry, Shanksville; and Mrs. Mirek
  (Frances) Dabrowski, Chevy Chase, Md.  Arrangements under the
  direction of Donald C. Burton Funeral Home, 602 W. 10th St., Erie.
