  Louise (Kiger) Steele, 87, Morgantown, W. Va. and Somerset, died Jan.
  31, 1985, in Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Aug. 18, 1897, in
  Morgantown, daughter of George Felding and Ludema Ellen (Shaffer)
  Kiger.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Vivian A.E. Steele;
  six sisters; and two brothers, including Judge Marvin R. Kiger, a
  former Circuit Court Judge.  Survived by daughter, Virginia S.
  Ankney, Somerset RD 3; two grandsons, David Steele Ankney, Dallas,
  Texas; and Bryan Cooper Ankney, Somerset.  Member of First
  Presbyterian Church, Morgantown; National Society Daughters of
  American Revolution, Daughters of 1812, Morgantown; Monongalia
  Historical Society, Senior Monogalians and AARP of Morgantown. 
  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-8 p.m. Sunday at Robert H.
  Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be conducted at 8 p.m.
  Sunday, the Rev. Donald Rudat and the Rev. Richard Fiete.  Interment
  at 1 p.m. Monday in East Grave Cemetery, Morgantown, W. Va.
