All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/somerset/ ________________________________________________ AMELIA STEINKIRCHNER Mrs. Amelia Steinkirchner, 63, wife of Frank Steinkirchner, well know Listie merchant, and sister of Fred Raymond of Meyersdale, died last Sunday night in Memorial Hospital, Johnstown, where she had been a patient for 26 days. She was a resident of Listie for 32 years. She was born in Clearfield County, a daughter of Jacob and Josephine (Bluebell) Raymond, both deceased. Surviving are her husband and eight children: James, Friedens R.D. 1; Lloyd, U.S. Army, overseas; George, Jennerstown; Edward, Listie; Marion and Dorothy, both at home; Mrs. Alvin Williams, Somerset, and Russell, in the Army at Brownsville, Texas. Five grandchildren and three brothers and three sisters also survive: Gust Raymond, Pleasant Hill, Clearfield County; Fred, Meyersdale; George and Mrs. Edith Curtis, both of Akron, O.; Mrs. Annie Swartz, Munsen, Centre County, and Mrs. Christine Steinkirchner, Listie. Funeral services were conducted in St. Peter's Catholic Church, Somerset, of which she was a member, at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning. Rev. Father Albert Gartland officiated.
