  STERN
  
  Louther O. Stern, 63, RD 2, Somerset, died Dec. 15, Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Nov. 1, 1910, in Somerset County, the son
  of the late Norman L. and Lucy Matilda Stern.  Preceded in death by
  one brother.  Survived by his widow, the former Martha Zeigler, and
  these sisters and brothers: Louella Stern, Berlin; Mrs. Beatrice
  Showman, RD 2, Somerset; Mrs. Dwight (Victoria) Shaulis, Akron, Ohio;
  and Eugene, Tollmadge, Ohio.  A member of the Husband United Methodist
  Church and the VFW.  He was a veteran of World War II.  He was an
  employe [sic] of the Borough of Somerset.  Friends are being received
  in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services will be
  conducted 1:30 Tuesday, The Rev. J. Wesley Spahn officiating. 
  Interment in the Weller Cemetery.
