  STEVANUS
  
  Harry W. Stevanus, 80, of Somerset RD 7 (Roof Garden Heights), died
  April 23, 1986, at his residence.  Born Aug. 23, 1905, in
  Brothersvalley Township, son of the late Resley and Annie (Sarver)
  Stevanus.  Preceded in death by wife, Leona, in 1972; two brothers;
  and two sisters.  Survived by three children: Mrs. Wayne (Doris)
  Barron, Somerset; Phyllis Trent and Phillip J. Stevanus, both of
  Friedens; four granddaughters; three sisters: Mrs. Alverda Glessner,
  Berlin; Mrs. Margaret Patsy, Cumberland, Md.; and Mrs. Edna Blank,
  Owings Mills, Md.  A retired Somerset Township farmer and also
  employed by Bender Implement Co.  Member of the Lutheran Church. 
  Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Thursday, 2-9 p.m. Friday at Wilbur
  D. Miller Funeral Home, where funeral service will be conducted
  Saturday at 11 a.m., the Rev. Ralph Mills officiating.  Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be
  sent to Somerset Community Hospital Hospice Program.
