  Margaret Louise Stevanus, 72, Garrett, died April 19, 1987, in
  Clinton, Md.  Born April 8, 1915 in Meyersdale, daughter of the late
  Frank H. and Anna Mary (Gray) Tipton.  Preceded in death by husband,
  Freeman; and a son, Eugene.  Survived by these children: Ronald, and
  Mrs. Gloria Smith, both of Easton, Md.; and Mrs. Carol Pritts,
  Waldorf, Md.; also 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.  A
  sister of Mrs. Hilda Johanson, Dayton, Ohio.  Member of the United
  Methodist Church, Garrett, Garrett Senior Citizens, American Legion
  Auxiliary and the Firemen's Auxiliary.  Friends will be received from
  2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where
  services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Charles
  Harper officiating.  Interment, St. Paul Cemetery.
