  Andrew J. Steve, 81, 503 Stony Creek St. Boswell, died Aug. 27, 1989
  at Mercy Hospital.  Born April 2, 1908 in Patton.  Son of Andrew and
  Susan Steve.  Preceded in death by parents, two sisters, Susan Rankin
  and Betty Kopelchak, two brothers, Michael and Joseph.  Survived by
  wife, the former Blanche Bodziak; daughter Betty, wife of Nick
  Kingera, grandsons, Richard, married to the former Wanda Steinbrun;
  and Michael, married to the former Diane Overton, all of Boswell. 
  Brother of George and Thomas, both of Cleveland, Ann Vastine,
  Pittsburgh, and Madeline Encapera, Charleroi.  Member of St.
  Stanislaus Catholic Church, P.N.A. Lodge No. 1347 and Tire Hill Local
  998 UMWA, retired miner for former Bird Coal Company, Tire Hill. 
  Observed 59th weddding [sic] anniversary Nov. 19, 1988.  Friends
  received from 7 to 9 p.m., Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Tuesday Hoffman
  Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where wake service will be held
  at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday.  Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m., Wednesday
  at St. Stanislaus Church, Father Hiliary Brzostowsky, OFM Conv. 
  Interment church cemetery.
