    Kevin M. Stevens, 42, Boswell, passed on April 27, 2007, at Somerset Community
  Hospital. Born Nov. 29, 1964, in Washington, D.C., he is the son of the late Rose Marie
  Rankin. He is survived by these aunts and uncles: Vicki Matthews, Seaford, Del.; Judy
  Rankin, Waldorf, Md.; Elmer "Bucky" Rankin, Jerome; James Rankin, Waldorf, Md.; Donald
  Rankin, Cambridge, Md.; and Robin Wilson and Margaret Miller, both of Acosta. He is a
  1983 graduate of Somerset High School. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
